Should i nick vitamin B-12? Will it hurt me?

I keep have severe anemia come back after six months of treatment by a doctor who cannot find the idea for my anemia. He had me on iron 3 times each day, got my iron up to a moral place. Then I have be off the iron for a couple weeks and am slowly have the same issues again. Dizzy, down-hearted, tired, not wanting to munch through coz I feel seasick but I eat as needed, turning and staying red. Bruising. Loss of menstruation. So roughly, it's starting over again without the iron pills.

I hold a good, iron-conscious diet.

Would it wound me to self medicate with vitamin B-12 till I see the doctor for my follow-up? Will that vitamin minister to? I read on the bottle that it helps prevent megaloblastic anemia.

Answers:    Do not self-prescribe or help yourself to advice on the Internet.

There Are masses more minerals of which you may have a shortage, such as iodine and magnesium.

My proposal - consult another doctor and do not pay the previous one.
I don't feel it could hurt. Good luck.
