Probiotics?
I asked the clerk which one I should buy and he hand me 'Nature's Way, Primadophilus Original, 5 Billion CFU'.
Is this a good one? What are CFU's and the difference surrounded by the amount of CFU's you are suppose to take?
Answers: CFU's I believe is the description for the live culture acidophilus contained by the formulation. Natures Way is okay but I like any Garden of Life Primal Defense or Enyzmatic Therapy's Pearls. Garden of Life is a wonderful product, expensive, but it works. Acidophilus complex will work to equalize the benefical bacteria you stipulation in your gut, but I'm not sure how much it will assist to balance your ph level, you need to do that next to diet and supplements to take you within the direction you need to dance with your ph. You did not mention the type of store you go to, but I would recommend a good vigour food store not you standard department stores or G>> stores because my experience is they are not knowledgable and are either overpriced for what you obtain or to cheap you might as well hold a placebo. I would also like to suggest aloe, i.e. very curative to your stomach and digestive tract - Purity Plus has a liquid that is excellent, pick a top element juice not supplement. Also check out the book Prescriptions for Nutritional Healing by Balch it's surrounded by it's 4th edition now, this book is a great source for information and guides you through what it is you requirement to do with adjectives aspects of healing (ie, crude, herbal, homepathic and conventional). you've get to test at lowest 2 or 3 brands before you acquire the right one, but you are in the right direction to taking fastidiousness of your health issues... also, you may want to p/u a book on colon cleansing as in good health at your local bookstore
