No sleep, more dynamism?
Why is it that when I get enormously little sleep, around 4-5 hours of sleep, I have more sparkle in the morning. But a darkness where I seize 7 or more hours I have to be dragged out of bed the subsequent morning?
Answers: Because when you get 4-5 hours of sleep you stir up during a certain REM cycle whereas when you get up up after 7 or more hours, you have gone into reflective sleep which is harder to wake up from. Something approaching that.
thats a paradox ive been trying to answer as in good health...i dunno why yet...
