Potassium pills?

i just bought some potassium pills, are they detrimental at all? have any one ever died from them? sorry that sounds so stupid but i worry alot!! i plan on taking one a afternoon!! also, if you have ever took them did they aid you and how, and did they do anything bad to you ? appreciation!

Another important effect of hyperkalemia is interference near functioning of the skeletal muscles. Hyperkalemic periodic paralysis is a singular inherited disorder contained by which patients can develop sudden onset of hyperkalemia which surrounded by turn causes muscle paralysis. The plea for the muscle paralysis is not clearly understood, but it is probably due to hyperkalemia suppressing the electrical amusement of the muscle.
You should contact your doctor before taking potassium. To much Potassium is bleak for your organs. You can get the potassium you entail each year by eating a banana.
