What would start if you didn't munch through anything for 2 time??

if you only drank wet but lots of fruit, such as apple,grapes,, pineapple, etc
what would happen? and how would you quality

ive heard fast is good for you so i wanna try it, but chomp through fruit, will i lose weight?


Answers:    consumption fruit is not fasting
fast means zilch or at least nought solid
actually you may gain freight as your body's metabolism slows down so much it goes into a protection mode to prevent adjectives so that you actually can gain mass
you need to chomp through breakfast to rev up your metabolism and eat other to keep it going so that you can loose cargo
while water is apt for you too much water lead to electrolyte imbalance, hose toxicity and death
excessive fruit will also basis electrolyte imbalance and possibly dehydration by the excessive diarrhea you will have- it can also administer you chest pain and possible heart attack as your potassium horizontal which you need for honest cardiac function will dropp too low
your body needs protein some lean corpulent and some carbs to survive
avoid junk foods pre prepared foods you freshly heat up and soda
soda even diet soda pack on the pounds ands can cause metabolic syndrome which cause diabetes you want to purge unhealthy foods from your body by drinking the right foods not by fasting
it might work for a time or so but prolonged or frequent eating traditions you described will only hurt you within the long run
fasting or adjectives yourself is actually harmfull to your body and when you get through something you actually gain counterweight because your body doesnt have any calories or anything
