HELLLPPP!! Need to know for max results?

I'm JUST getting into the healthy living entity so I need some abet. I just have a little girl & requirement to get hindmost on track. I would like to loose 40 lbs & hold on to it that way. Sooo here's my sound out..

I follow my own diet. Not too strict (as far as counting carbs & all that) but I guzzle 3 meals & 2 snacks. I started getting on the treadmill for 1 hour everyday at 3.5 mph. I transport multivitamins & also take Lipo 6x. I want to incorporate some toning sessions & would approaching to know how many times a week and for how long these sessions should be. MOST IMPORTANTLY, how long would it steal for me to see some results with adjectives of this effort?


Answers:    3 times per week, 30 minutes per session. You should start to see results within about 6 weeks.
Not sure what Lipo 6x is...but mind with that stuff. It can be extremely perilous.

As for toning...start slow. I would say twice a week, do 45 minutes of toning exercises. Increase this to every other daytime as you feel more comfortable and smaller number fatigued. As for the results, it depends on the type of exercises you're doing.

I would suggest getting some 3lb hand weights, and one of those big rubberbands (for leg toning). Make sure you don't purloin breaks between sets. Keep the momentum going, keep your heartrate up near.

You'll see results in a few weeks.
