Lower final cracking?

sometimes when i sit up right in a stool and then walk lay down on my back my lower final cracks. it does not hurt but what causes it to do that and is it anything serious or odd?

Answers:    This is nothing to verbs about, it is the alignment of your vertebrae. When you straighten up, it cracks rear in place totally much like what a chiropractor does to achieve your back within place again. Bad posture from everyday living does throw your back out, and unless you're contained by severe pain, this is zilch to worry in the region of. Be happy that it's cracking hindmost in place. It medium your back is still working and functioning as it should.
You may be carrying things by yourself that you shouldn't, i.e. they're too robust. It might be a slipped disc, which requires an operation. Only your doctor can figure out what might be cause it.
