What happen when you hold appendicitis??
Answers: It is quite possible that you do. The signs and symptoms can be sundry.
Right lower quadrant pain (unless you are the outstandingly very pink person that have everything inside reversed....i.e. the heart on the right not the left liver on the disappeared not the right etc.) then it would be contrasting.
Sometimes that pain/tenderness is "periumbical" also. Or the pain is Right lower quadrant and involves the belly button too. Usually the misery is progressive and eventually is constant. There is pain beside Right lower quadrant deep palpation and here is rebound discomfort. (not a good entity to do as it can cause an appendix to rupture). You know laxitives are a "no-no" if you feel you have appendicitis.
Usually in that is an significant elevation in white blood cell...that climbs even higher if it ruptures. You would also develop a temp. You get going to look pale and be aware of as bad as you look. If you hop on the right foot is hurts pretty doomed to failure as that involves a ligament near the appendix. You will consistency tired/wiped out. Have no appetite. It could be an ovarian cyst or a kidney stone too. They have similar symptoms. specifically why the lab work and CT or MRI is necessary
Lab work and an MRI or CT can be diagnostic for appendicitis especially when it correlates to the clinical and history picture given.
They purely recently figure out what the appendix does.
When you have a bout of protracted diarrhea and/or take antibiotics that wipes out your everyday colon flora...the bacteria held within can reseed the colon with majority bacteria. Obviously, you can survive other without it.
You probably know...if it ruptures... germs is released into the abdominal cavity...and there is risk of septicemia (blood infection) and next shock...where you loose your blood pressure.
Sometimes they give somebody a lift them right to surgery and other times they just put a drain surrounded by and put the person on IV antibiotics to settle down things down and then walk to surgery. The body tries to wall off the infection.
Sometimes you own the opportunity to have a laparoscopic appendectomy or a routine break open appendectomy. I would go near what the surgeon wants to do...nearby are pro and cons with appendectomies.
If it is getting worse during the darkness...just turn to the emergency room. They can work it up and the doctor can do the surgery in the moring....provided you havent eat anything. So don't eat anything after midnight tonite...surrounded by case, you own to have surgery ...you will be prepared!
Good Luck! ....that is my BEST ANSWER!
