OUCH! what is my leg(s) doing?
it's mostly my left leg, but today my right leg did it for the first time. here's what happen: all i do is stretch [like when you wake up up or when you're tired or whatever] and like, my leg will "acquire stuck strectching"! it hurts terribly! i don't really know how to explain it. approaching, it just, get stuck while still stretched. and it hurts to move it and all i can do is lay/sit near and take a few minutes of misery and it'll go away. the awfully first time it happened be last summer, but it's happen everyday for the past 3 days. what the heck?!
Answers: I hold the same piece, it's normal. You seize leg cramps when you stretch too hard. Try calve stretching exercises 3 times a hours of daylight. For more information, see source.

Its called muscle cramps. i catch them when i exercise too sometimes. You have to thaw out up your muscles first before you stretch, but not over work them and consequently stretch. it should make you more flexible and sometimes cramps come about when a muscle isn't used enough.
