For direction on temporomandibular combined disorder, should i aim a dentist? or other specialist?
Answers: I have TMJ and the best solution I hold found is to go to a chiropractor. He only jiggles my jowl about every 2 weeks and it is afterwards noticeably smoother to clear and close.
Your other option (besides a rotting chin =P) is to go to a TMJ specialist... who is in general a dentist as well. They will next make you splits... which are similar to retainers that go down over the flat slice of your teeth where you chew. I consider it's horrible... you have to mush your food in the past you eat it... nation can see that you're wearing them, etc. It is also VERY expensive... and can move your teeth around (which is no good if you've have braces in the past).
Now I'm doing great... my TMJ is underneath control, and the chiropractor has done an awesome mission. Also... most insurances do not cover anything associated with TMJ... whether it be dentist or chiropractor.
