Cholostrol?

My mother is 67 years old. She a moment ago got her blood tryout back for her cholostrol check. She eat healthy and is drastically active for the average 67 year infirm. But the doctor told her, her "good" cholostrol was down, and her "bad" cholostrol be up. What are some things she can change within her diet/daily life that can bring the polite up and lower the bad down. She's a big vigour nut and its really bothering her, so she was wondering what she could do to label a change.

Answers:    I had a BIG problem and brought mine WAY down inside just a few weeks. Here's what I did. I stopped ingestion so much meat (even chicken and fish) and had alot more spinach, oat bran, hummus, tabouli, falafel. When ingestion fish, I have salmon because it's large in the the "good" cholesterol. Tell your mom to own only one small serving of meat, chicken or fish respectively day, (three or four ounces lone!) and have peanut butter sandwich on whole small piece bread (no butter or margarine!) with lots of veggies; and maintain away from white rice or white bread. Stay away from donuts and Croissants, since they are high within carbs and fats that hold been heated. This cause the cholesterol NOT to break down properly in your body. So don't chomp through these things! The best oil to cook beside is olive oil.
