Help! Help, for the last month or so I've be generating small currents of electricity.

Whenever I outdo filing cabinet or metal chairs or tables i obtain shocked! And Whenever I touch people i win shocked and they get shocked.

And i chew over its getting worse!

Help any ideas!!
