I`ve get a huge drink problem.What should I do?
Answers: you could try to substitute something else for the drink? like it probably sounds stupid but you do call for an alternative interest.
I live a quite lonely natural life, but i play guitar everyday & for me that helps to crowd many otherwise neglected hours.
also you could make a rule that you will not drink ANY alcohol until at most minuscule six pm at night or until it have become dark..
And be sure to stick to that rule !

Since you're in Poland, I'm sure you can find a lend a hand program for alcoholics. Just remember, it's not too late. If you fix this problem in a minute, you'll end up impression great. :D

I have be fighting the urge to drown my sorrows within a bottle of vodka all week, and I'm comfortable that I didn't take that drink because I can business with the problem much better straight than drunk. If you drink, it's close to you have to start from square one again within solving your problem. How many times do you want to start from square one?
Think of Vodka as Poison.. and try and not goto bar & nights out. Have a rest sour them for a couple of weeks. Also Alcohol tells your brain to stop burning lubricant... so it could be a body fat issue. Try doing something else.. approaching going to do sports at clubs. I'm sure theres some tennis clubs in your nouns!
