Worrying..?

i inherited "verbs wart" [as my mama calls it] from my grandma and so i verbs over everything...

i wanna stop worrying so much cus' it's getting me physically ill but i basically can't stop it's like a desperate habit you can stop... please back me to overcome worrying about so abundant things


Answers:    I think if you can rationalise things to yourself up to that time they become such a huge issue this may help.

You want to accept that for some things adjectives the worrying in the world wont modification it. My grandma used to say 'if I thought worrying would stop ....from happenning Id worry'.

Try taking some herbal tablets call Kalms or Quiet Life, they do help and are non addictive.

Try writing things down and read it a few days subsequent, if whatever you enjoy written about hasnt worsened or even happenned this may assist you to get things into perspective.
My mother be exactly the same agency, she worried about every little point imaginable. Consequently, it overflowed to me, however, I literary to focus on other things in energy and kept myself busy. You need to train your mind, it take time, but it can be done, by diverting your thoughts to things that you are interested in. Read, swot something that interests you, it will eventually pass where on earth only once surrounded by a while you will worry, but not as frequently. Best to you!
