Whats wrong beside my stomach?
Answers: Extra stress placed on our bodies by school studies, work pressures or simply life span will deplete our bodies of the all far-reaching B complex of vitamins - so important for neural form and healthy immune functioning. Symptoms of B12 not as much as are nausea and vomiting, headaches and migraines, fatigue and nouns, insomnia and constipation, moodiness, irritability, inability to concentrate, dizzy spells, loss of balance, excessive sweating, tingling and prickling and numbing sensations surrounded by the outer extremities and even chest pains and heart palpitations!! pretty scary in truth if you don't realise the vitamin factor.
Eat more foods rich in this vitamin: organ meat such as lambs fry and kidneys, skimmed milks, cheese, fish and eggs.
If you are vegetarian or lactose intolerant later supplement your diet with a multi B complex tablet including adjectives the B's - B1, B2, B3, B5,B6 and B12.
As the B complex group of vitamins is a water soluble vitamin our bodies can neither produce or store them and we entail to ingest them on a daily idea ........ :0)
