Exercises for Prego?

I am 6 months pregnant, I couldn't exercise in the formation months of my pregnancy because I am high risk and be put on lazy move off. Now, I have a uni-thigh. That's right, not two separate thighs as I used to but one singular thigh. I inevitability some exercise ideas for my thighs, butt & upper arms that aren't going to be detramental to my kid. I am going for regular weekly sonograms now so I can scheme out on a little exercise in need the worry of overdoing it and not knowing it. I hold a Body By Jake Bun and Thigh Sculptor that I was using, it didn't get the impression like I be straining my body but my mother in directive says that it uses my stomach muscles and I shouldnt be using it...? Please make clear to me there is hope for two thighs again!

you can also try swimming. researchers say it's the best and safest exercise for pregnant women. it's great because it exercises both all muscles and provides cardiovascular benefits. also, you touch weightless within the water despite the extra pounds of pregnancy

also, simple stretches are righteous. i did lunges as a warm up for walking. (stand beside one foot about two foot in front of the other, toes pointed contained by the same direction. lean forward, supporting your solidity on the forward thigh. change sides and repeat. do four on respectively side.)

of course you should check beside your OB before doing any of these exercises. and whichever you opt to do, make sure to stay hydrated and don't lay flat on your fund.

oh...and don't worry roughly speaking the uni-thigh. it's probably a product of your pregnancy weight gain (combined beside the period during which you couldn't exercise). after you deliver and start to shed the substance, your thighs should return to normal.
