Answers: when i be pregnant, i opted to meander because it's said to be one of the best cardiovascular exercises for pregnant women. i didn't exercise much before, so it be easier for me to get into. here's a connect with some tips for walking during respectively stage of your pregnancy:

you can also try swimming. researchers say it's the best and safest exercise for pregnant women. it's great because it exercises both all muscles and provides cardiovascular benefits. also, you touch weightless within the water despite the extra pounds of pregnancy

also, simple stretches are righteous. i did lunges as a warm up for walking. (stand beside one foot about two foot in front of the other, toes pointed contained by the same direction. lean forward, supporting your solidity on the forward thigh. change sides and repeat. do four on respectively side.)
of course you should check beside your OB before doing any of these exercises. and whichever you opt to do, make sure to stay hydrated and don't lay flat on your fund.
oh...and don't worry roughly speaking the uni-thigh. it's probably a product of your pregnancy weight gain (combined beside the period during which you couldn't exercise). after you deliver and start to shed the substance, your thighs should return to normal.
