Is it strong to hold your breath to expand your lungs?
im in cross country and i hear that some water polo and cross country family hold their breaths and repeat to expand their lungs and by expanding their lun gs they can get more oxygen to the body adn you return with less tired. shuld i do this and is it forceful??
Answers: NO NO! The BEST and SAFE way to expand your lungs is to do cardio exercise chiefly stuff like running, biking, and jog.
