Can anyone present me suggestion on a chronic cough?
Last year around Thanksgiving, I got a cold. The cold go away, and the cough never did. it was a greatly bad cough, interrupted my work and my classes and kept me up at dark. After 6 months of testing, the doctors figure out it was a die effect of my Lisinopril, so I switched medication. After switching, it took about a month to fully walk away (this was within May). Since then, I hold been on a different blood pressure medication and I own been fine.
Three weeks ago, I feel like I be coming down with a cold, but I never in truth caught it; I just get the cough (at this point this was a productive cough). I took an over the counter cough expectorant. The cough stayed, but it become a dry cough. (will add more details surrounded by a minute)
Answers: It could be the result of an allergy to something or sensitivity to pollution/fumes (yes, it can be a sudden onset). It could also be bronchitis or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (although you're quite young at heart and, otherwise, healthy sounding for the latter).
I embezzle it you've had your BCG as pulmonary tuberculosis is a possibility.
