I can't remember what it's call!?

I'm very curious in the region of the science that Shirley Maclaine consults when she's hurt. I thought it was call metaphysics, but I can't find the info I'm looking for. When reading some of her books, I recall that when she would get hold of hurt (let's say she fell while dance and hurt her ankle), she would call a friend of hers to find out what it intended (i.e. she's not standing tall ample...or another example, if you hurt your back, you're self spineless about something). Does anyone know what I'm chitchat about or where on earth I could find this type of information?

Answers:    You're remembering a philosophy where your thoughts create reality in your existence and body, where your philosophy about your world manifiest themselves contained by your physical reality.

Read "Who's The Matter With Me" by Alice Steadman. She be a leading academic and writer with this concept, and her writings focus on how your thoughts affect your strength. Her book will directly address the questions that you are asking.

The other historic writer to read is Florence Scovel Shinn, who wrote a number of books within a similar theme. Her books operation more with how your thoughts and travels create your karma. A good one to start next to is "The Game Of Life and How To Play It."
