What multi-vitamin should I try?
Answers: The motive could be one of a few things.... do you take the multivitamin near food? If not, that could upset your stomach.
Do you always appropriate it with indistinguishable food? If so, it could be a reaction beside the food and one of the vitamins/minerals.
If you take it next to different foods and still get an upset stomach for a few hours after that, it's most promising you are allergic to something in it. It take a good 6-8 hours for most minerals and several other things to process through your digestive tract, so that would be the right time frame for an allergic reaction.
What I would suggest (if that's the case) is to help yourself to only those vitamins and minerals you know you're poor in your diet. Take them contained by separate pills, and start only taking one at a time, going away a good week between accumulation any new ones. If you start getting an upset stomach shortly after starting a exotic one, you'll know which ingredient you're allergic to. Yeah, it's more of a pain to do that, but if there's one ingredient of a combination product you're allergic to, you can any stop taking it completely or take out the ingredient you're allergic to.
I estimate the best multi-vitamin to use would be Centrum. But to replace the meat from your diet I know that beans replace some of the nutrients from meat. The best thing would be to speak to a dietitian.
