My mother had a gastric bypass 4 years ago and have a lot of complications that eventually kill her earlier this year. She be told at the time she went surrounded by for the surgery that she had individual 10 years left, and that they would solely be "decent" and not enjoyable (Doctor's words). He sold her on the surgery for the money & as a result, she merely had 4 miserable years instead of 10 wearing clothes ones.

I understand the surgery works sometimes next to great results for people, but I can't comfort but feel angry when I see tube programs talking roughly speaking how wonderful it is. My feeling is that if even one personality suffers like my mother did, next that cancels out any dutiful that can come from it. I wish citizens would report both sides of the surgery- the good AND the fruitless when they do specials about it on TV. I feel resembling people are one led blindly to believe that this surgery will fix them when the statistics rise respectively year on the gastric bypass death toll.

If more people close to you would speak up so people that are considering such a drastic procedure is aware of the 'bad' side first appendage.

My friend had it done and she's fine. It's a big procedure though. You own to be willing to risk things.
