I think I'm starting to achieve sick. My nose is running and I've be sneezing like crazy. I really don't want adjectives of that stuff running down into my lungs and making it so that I can't breathe. Is there any agency to prevent it? Also, what kind of over the counter medication do you recommend to help stop some of my symptoms? I hear that using Vitamin C was supposed to serve, but I've done some research, and it really doesn't. Usually when I get sick I seize REALLY sick and I want to stop it before it get too bad. Can anyone assist any? Thanks!

Answers:    Zinc lozenges, when taken at the first symptoms of a cold, can decrease the severity and down a cold.

Zinc can make your mouth love dry and dusty, and it can cause nausea. Obviously this isn't medical advisce, but I've used this brand and own found it works for me.
