I m 5 foot 10 inches, and be wondering if thats apt satisfactory.., if later how do I grow taller?
Answers: Yes that is a great loftiness for a man. In the US, you would be actually an inch taller than the average man, which is 5'9".
If you want to grow taller, later that would be too bad. You enjoy absolutely no control of that. God have already decided where on earth you'll peak.

yes specifically great! i am 5" that it!! My husband is 6"4 and i never would have met him if i could hold reach that can of soup on the top shelf
