There may be an increase within the risk of certain neurologic reaction that affect movement of muscles, called extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS). But contained by rare instances, although spot on medicines should not be used together at adjectives, in other cases two different medicine may be used together even if an interaction might occur. In these cases, your doctor may want to evolution the dose, or other precautions may be necessary.

I would ring up the doctor's emergency number if the pharmacist is unable to answer this interrogate for you. Usually, a quick give the name to the pharmacist is all it take. They can look up interactions and instruct you as to how you are to take it, if the instructions on the sign are confusing.
Get ready for bed, though, phenergan (promethazine) can knock you on your, you know. I clutch the 50's and even after 19 years, they make me sleepy. Add my distress meds and I am out for half the daylight.

Yes, you may take them together. They will product you very drowsy though. Were you instructed to nick them both? The Promethazine is more potent than the Meoclopramide.
