Is it for authentic that its discouraging to crack your put a bet on bones.?

Like when in class, the teacher really boring. So everybody falls asleep. When I wake up, my bones are adjectives locked up and stiff. So I twist my spinal column to the right, twist my support to the left, push my spinal column into the chair. Snappity Snappity snap. Feels great! But is it for legitimate that thats bad for you? Dont afford me what you think, if you do say-so thats what you think, but if your a doctor or something and you know your $hit, vote your a doctor or something and you know your $hit.
