hi, I'm 12 and the other day contained by class, i was trying to hold support tears about something(long story) and i simply really needed to cry so I went to the bathroom and consequently just nice of cried silently and then my friend come in because she know what was going on and afterwards I started to breathe REALLY heavily and i couldn't get any words out and I could hear my heart trouncing. was this a madness attack?this happens everytime I cry.

Answers:    The breathing and heartbeat division sounds like module of the panic attack syndrome, however, intense crying can bring on similar symptoms. I suggest you speak beside your parents about it and possibly the school counsellor or your doctor. Don't consent to it continue lacking getting someone else's opinion.
