Answers: Depending on your location I would say it is most probable allergies...I would get a script from a doc for Allegra. It works powerfully and so does Nasonex. I don't use over the counter allergy meds because they make me get the impression like a human marshmellow. If it is intervening I would try Alkaseltzer cold or Dayquil Daytime or Night medicine depending on when it bothers you most. Ocean saline is suitable for a stuffy nose and specifically over the counter. If your headache is between your eyes it is a safe bet it could be allergies. I own the more and more the older I draw from and more and more people are have allergy problems these days, especially near fall season & mold in wet through environments.
I put a heating wad on the back of my nouns.
