Farting during curl-ups?
How to stop farting, by tomorrow? The problem started two years ago. In institution, I somehow farted doing a curl-up, in front of the unbroken class. I was mortified. It pretty much traumatized me (I have to laugh rather while typing that, even though it's true). Ever since then, I've be terrified of doing curl-ups surrounded by school. Last year, I almost have to do them, but instead I just fake sick and somehow lucked out. This year will probably be different, though. Does anyone enjoy a solution? I have gym tomorrow, and can't miss conservatory.
By the way, I've taken gas-x and stuff, but I'm worried that it won't work. Also, I ate cheese and things today, which I hear gives you gas. I can't budge out and buy any different type of medicene, either.
Can anyone answer this lacking saying "ewww" or "hahaha"? ):
Answers: I guess the single advice I can distribute you is.. when you are actually doing the curl-up try not to squeeze your stomach within so much. Like, go through the motions so not a soul knows you're freaking out almost doing them but don't really do them. Hope this works out.. sorry about the gas problem you enjoy.
Don't worry so much roughly speaking it.. It is natural.... You are human.. Thats what we do.. Oops I in recent times farted.. Hehhe ..Just Kidding..
