I am getting really worried, my feces has turning green every light of day. It turned green today. I am very worried. Is it something next to my intestines. All I had be chicken tenders, turkey sandwich, beef hot dogs, and cheeseburgers. What is going on?

2 weeks ago it happens for one and a partly day, that be because I was drinking fruit punch and grape liquid. Then it turned brown again. But this time I have no liquid and it is still green.

Can this be serious? What do I need to do?
