I think thats what it is, my lymph nodes that are swollen i will try to describe where on earth it hurts, its under my chin nouns on the left side subsequent to the bone that runs along the bottom of your face and after its back almost halfway between my chin and ear. it shurts veeery inadequately when i swallow, try to chew and eat because im moving my touneg around which is pulling on doesn`t matter what hurts fomthe inside and making it unbearble, cant drink, cant say definite words cause they hurt i nouns like someone next to a newly peirced tounge, and I cant enlarge my mouth very wide-ranging to even look in in need excruciating pain. I enjoy no other symptoms and it hs come and gone for a couple weeks, hurting for a few days at a time then go away, hurting worse at night create im not swalowing or talking as much. it hurts when i push on it form undeneath and if i pu tmy finger within my outh and push on the spot i can feel it and it hurts. i cant really enlighten if anything is unnormal looking or swollen looking, pleasehelp any thing!!

Answers:    strep throat doesn't other start off beside soreness in your throat, I hold been diagnosed next to tonsillitis now. My lymph nodes,chin and collar is swollen, and my tonsils are huge-- and my throat isn't raw---it's uncomfortable.--not a lightly cooked soreness...

if your lymphnodes are swollen like that it could be a highly serious infection in the common area that you are notion. You need to move about to the doctor immediately. If the Dr.'s not accessible to you travel to the ER..Good Luck
