Why do i seize dizzy when i run?

it has be a while since i last exercised and run, i've been running and juggle for 5 times in the gym, but respectively time i juggle around 5 minutes then i gain really dizzy, i kept going afterthat i felt i required to throw up! i stoped ofcourse!! why is that?what should I do??


Answers:    Possibly, blood going to your muscles instead of your brain. I'm sure there is zilch wrong, just want to get rather fitter. BUT, always worth double checking next to a doctor re: heart, or a gym instructor.
I dont really know hun, but the best thing you can do is hold a snack before you shift! like a chocolate railing, or your favorite treat. no chips or anything like that, something athletic. and drink lots and lots of water back you go or purely bring a bottle with you. If that doesn't fix anything sermon to your doctor.
