My Mother has be fasting regularly for abt a month. Yesterday she be feeling really unsettled and couldnt eat anything and even threw up thrice. She also have a slight fever. Today her warmth is almost normal but her blood pressure is moderately low (abt 90/60)...what is the best ting I should do to make it return to usual?

She could be dehydrated. I'd start without hesitation with fluids and rob her to the ER.
