Answers: I was other like that, next I graduated lofty school and started doing other things beside a different schedule and didn't put as much stress on how much time it take to get to sleep. I have a sneaking suspicion that I fall asleep more effortlessly than I used to, but sometimes I still have this problem. If I really can't sleep, I achieve up and surf the net or read or survey tv etc... this helps your duration, because it's enjoyable.
