Why do i yawn?

i can't help yawning at sunday mass. i am not bored i simply can not stop. i yawn 3x contained by 4 minutes at least. any ways to prevent this? why do i yawn?


Answers:    You yawn because to be exact a way that you gain oxygen directly to your brain. Not just because you are tired or bored. It's a moment ago a natural reflex. Don't verbs to much about it. Taking a few cavernous breaths may help curb the yawning.
