Am I sick?

I do feel sick, but I'm not sure what's wrong near me. I feel tenancy. I could be just tires, but I don't give attention to so. It feels close to a slight pain surrounded by the back of my collar and an annoying pressure in my person in charge.. Whats wrong with me?

Answers: I reason you hit right on it: you apparently have tires! That's gotta be itchy as well as annoying!
