Toddler's bowel movements?

About six weeks ago I began giving my 13 month matured whole milk. I added it to her breastmilk slowly, not adjectives at once. At the same time, she begin having diarrhea, and she vomited a few times. I thought she have a virus. She has continued to hold diarrhea anywhere from 4-8 times a day since afterwards.

I took her to the doctor about three weeks into this, and she said to verbs with the milk (I thought perchance it was an allergy), and she said it be probably just "ordinary transition." I have tried the chemical addition to aid digestion (gave for two weeks), but that hasn't helped any.

Yesterday and the day in the past she had white stool. It be not consistent, though. In between, it was usual green/brown. She does not appear jaundiced, but I am concerned that this is something more than "normal transitioning" from breastmilk to complete milk. Has anyone had an experience approaching this, or does anyone have any concept?

Answers:    Our 2 year old is lactose intolerant and have the same symptoms that you are describing when she get too much dairy. Try giving her soy milk instead of cow's milk.
