i dont know much...but within are medicines available which you mix it next to curd and have it....after that if you enjoy alcohol you will puke and in a month you will not surface like consuming it any more....

First, congradulations you have made it to the first step, you WANT to quit drinking. Thats a big accord. When a person decide they no longer want to drink, they must surrond themselves with society that have matching goals, such as AA programs. You can find Alcoholocs Anonymus anywhere....within are people in that who are going through what you are. As far as reading a book, of course every one will detail you "The Big Book", Deciding not to drink anymore is a huge step, you dont have to do it alone, build a support group and you can do this....Good Luck
