Sleping on your stomach?
Well, I sometimes find myself standing in a slouched postition and if I work complex or play sports for long enough my posterior starts to hurt. Could this be a result of sleeping with my put a bet on in an awkward position?
If someone could inform me it would really help because this is getting annoying. I'm still surrounded by my teens so I know its not age.
Answers: It's very discouraging for your back and is the worst possible sleeping position. As far as I know the best sleeping position is flat on your backbone and if that is unsuitable consequently sleeping on your right side is better than your left side to avoid any pressure on your heart. If you start tender on one side you can always hold on to switching sides every time you wake up.
i own heard thru the years that sleeping facade down is bad.. that it is better to sleep on your side.. but i don:t remember if right or departed side is better.. but one thing i know is not to guzzle and go to bed..because the food will not digest and you will own a tummy ache..
