It is hear that the protiens surrounded by egg, when boiled, catch coagulated and the body cannot absorb/use it.is it true?
Answers: No. If it were true, millions of ethnic group across the U.S. would be calling in sick to work the afternoon after Easter with any stomach cramps, diarrhea, or just complaints more or less general GI discomfort.
As long as you hold sufficient amounts of the proper enzymes, your body can break down virtually any proteins. Some are easier to break down than others, but they can be broken down. The biggest aspect of how off-base that is is the simple reality that there are hundreds coagulated products that ancestors ingest and digest on a normal proof (like cheese, butter, pudding, Jell-o, etc, etc)..... why would this be any different?
no
