Answers: being proactive when discussion about condition means that you will prevent problems from occuring and taking steps to boost your health
so avoid desperate things: smoking, drinking and eating too much, getting lubricant, staying up all darkness, depriving yourself of sleep, stress, bad environment conditions, etc
and try to do more to
guzzle healthy, maintain your blood sugar levels low
exercise for on an upward curve strength, flexibility, heart and circulation, energy
give somebody a lift care of yourself physically, and emotionally
want healthy relationship
gain match in your go between work and fun
be goal orient
Eliminate activities that chomp through up your time, and may not contribute to your overall goal.
Like....watching TV, or huff! Spending too much time on the computer!
