My knees pops when I bend my disappeared leg?

I recently started a untried exercise routine, which requires certain moves resembling squats and other things that involve bending your legs -- therefore it's be very knotty for me to continue this routine because my not here knee -always- pops when I bend my leg. It's not aching, but very self-conscious and slows me down. Is there a proper medical possession for this? What do I do about it, and where on earth do I go?


Answers:    normaly here is nothing you can do ask your doctor going on for it
