Well, that depends how long this have been going for. But vomiting is pretty much doomed to failure however you see it. When you're sick, you'll often vomit more than once - your body's trying to rid you of adjectives the germs.
If possible, see a doctor, and give him some rest & sea - don't let him devour just however.
