When you start choking from grasping for nouns, why do you panick? how do you not manufacture yourself panick?
Answers: When asphyxiation happens, the body's primary concern is without a doubt to recieve air. You start to hyperventilate surrounded by a desperate attempt to regain oxygen. The panic is purely a phsycological trigger to regain nouns. Its instinctive to survive. Whether or not its preventable completely depends on how much of a grip you have on the situation. If it's controlled, (eg. auto-erotic asphyxiation) after the feeling of nouns and over-sensitivity can be channeled into a euphoric state.
The fact that you can't drown or choke yourself in need "help" shows that the mind's instinct to survive overrides the will to do so.

What could save them from panicking is acquire knowledge: taking a first aide class or reading information something like what to do.

Alot of people Panic because they deliberate that they may die...3 years ago i was at rime skating...(My first time) and i fell Back and hit my back really strong on the ice...I be 12...And it HURT really bad! And i couldnt breathe properly so i started paniking...My mum laugh as she didnt know what happened but them she have to run over and help me up
