Answers:    I had to look up a few things to answer this request for information but I think it could be possible. Neomycin is an antibiotic that help to treat small intestine bacterial overgrowth. So basically, it kill the bacteria. Pernicious Anemia is anemia due to a B12 vitamin not as much as. B12 is absorbed simply in the small intestine, in particular the ileum where is must bind to instrinsic factor i.e. produced by the intestinal cells. So, I'm thinking if you be to give any too much or for too long that it strips the lining of the gut of the microbes, perhaps you could if truth be told initiate Pernicious Anemia. Now for a particular procedure? Like quantity? I wouldn't know that but I would think you would do it contained by relation to weight close to other drugs. Give by injection??
