Why can't i follow a typical sleep diary?

i remember as far back as 11 years outmoded when my parents would yell at me to stir to bed and i'd lay there for hours and not sleep. very soon i'm 21 and it still seems close to no matter what i do i CAN'T GET TO SLEEP.

my usual cut-out will start out on very little sleep (about 2-3 hours, sometimes less) and i'll be miserable adjectives day but at darkness i'll still have a not easy time getting to sleep. next hours of darkness i'll get I don`t know 4 hours of sleep. then the subsequent night i will CRASH and move about to bed around 10 or 11 (which is INCREDIBLY early for me). next that night i without doubt can't get to sleep and the unharmed cycle starts over again.

i try not to take nap and i exercise at least 4 times a week. i also try to stay stale the computer at night.

i'm a bit panicky to take sleeping pills because i don't want to be dependant, but here it is almost 6am and I HAVE CLASS IN 3 HOURS and i haven't be to sleep even though i got up at 9:30am!

should i tender sleep meds a try and if so which should i ask my doctor about?


Answers:    I own a few tips that may help beside the sleeping problems

1. Try blacking out the room, it could be the light that keep you awake.. You be amazed how much a little bit of reading light does

2. Take over the counter melatonin. It can help your body reset for sleep in need the chemical dependance of a sleeping pill

3. Do a sleep study. Its a thing where on earth they connect you to a few monitors to see how you sleep when you sleep.

4. Try the breathe right strips. Maybe breathing better will help your body to relax better, with ease tire you out.

It could also be as simple as getting a softer pillow, or more comfortable sheets. There is no miracle remedy that works with everyone, but I preference you well.

----you could move to where on earth I live, ALASKA.. the winters nights here are 18+ hours long, so sleep is give or take a few the only point to do when it stays dark.. :)


Things to be aware of when chitchat to the doctor about sleep. Document a couple weeks of the desperate sleep pattern previously you see them, so they won't have you do after you see them. Tell them going on for your caffiene intake, sugar intake or any other food related questions.. Changing your diet could be the fix.. Tell them what type of mattress you sleep on and what stuff is in your pillow of they ask. The more information a doctor have when you are talking to them, the better bad you will be. Doctors can be more effective next to more info.
i find myslef being competent to stay up till odd hours i antipathy when my wife wants to step to sleep and i'm wide awake you should ask you doctor just about sleeping meds and talk to my wife almost staying up
