i am not sure about the diagnosis of your skin i think you stipulation to visit a devout dermatologist and he will find the cure for you.
i once had corns within my foot the only cure be collomack that was keratolytic it cured me till know (thank god), i go to a bad doctor that used something call Kay bel tabreed i don't know it's name surrounded by English i went for oodles months and paid hundreds of pounds and they other came backbone then i be cured in three weeks for ever near a 5 pounds drug.

Corns are cause by rubbing. Your skin reacts to continued friction by forming a corn.
Since these are on the bottom of your foot where folks don't see them, I suggest you put something over the area so it can't rub. The outdated standard is "moleskin," made by Dr. Scholl's, at any large drugstore. It is a cushioning fabric that can be cut in any size and any shape, and it sticks economically.
While you are in the drugstore foot passage, take a look around at adjectives the things they have for cushioning your foot. They have gel things and clear things and reusable things. You might find something you would close to better than moleskin. The aim is to stop the rubbing.
