How can I not be constipated when I travel?
What can I bear for a two week period of time to be assured I won't enjoy this terrible problem of stomach problems and adjectives the rest that goes beside this? I don't want to get dependent on something, but would it hurt for a two week extent of time, it would be worth it not to ruin the vacation?
Answers: Use a fiber supplement twice a afternoon like metamucil or benefiber. Also preserve some milk of magnesia tablets handy to use if you do feel constipated. Take them at dark for relief surrounded by the morning.
