Help beside bowel movement/ constipation?
I am an exchange student so I don't hold that much control over my diet no matter how sturdy I try to eat lots of vegtebles, my host-family devour a lot of potatoes and bread. I don't want to let somebody know them about my problem, so what are some inconspicouss things I can do to facilitate me go on a regular starting place? And what should I do when I am constipated? Thank you for any advice.

If you are in the USA, walk to a GNC store or SuperSupplements and ask for fiber supplementation. These tablets or powders that mix in near juice hand over your bowel more "bulk" and pushes your meals through more immediately.
If you've been contained by your host country only a little, your body is probabbly still getting used to its new environment.
But you really don't want this "solid surplus disposal" problem to go on too long, otherwise other uglier, nastier and condition endangering problems can develop.
Don't be afraid to report your host family you are have problems. When they signed up to be a host family I am sure they be coached about some of the problems the exchange students might encounter.
People from modern western European countries will enjoy odd symptoms when they move to the USA. There are minor differences your body will sense and react to. Be glad you are not similar to a man I once knew who moved from Germany to California. For several months after moving to the USA he have nasty boils on his spinal column! His skin did not like something contained by the water he bathed surrounded by! As he grew accustomed to the water his skin calmed down and the boils go away.
You are in Germany. Find a nutritional supplement store resembling GNC or SuperSupplements and you can get those products in attendance. You can find high fiber breakfast cereal in the German supermarkets. Some North American brands are also found within Europe.
