ok i'm 13 and i only wear mascara on the weekends and intuitively i think i'm dutiful at washing it past its sell-by date. i use to have long and tacky eyelashes, but now they are starting to spill out out! Is there ANYTHING that make them grown back or stop falling out? please back me because at my school we can't wear mascara so i can't skin the fact that my eyelashes are falling out. and its getting noticable.
