Help my tummy hurts me..... :( what should I avoid?
It is not 4pm and I am going to hold my dinner in an hour because I am going out tonight to a concert.
For breakfast I have a toasted multigrain cheese and tomato sandwich and also had a packet of small chips around lunch. I have no lunch cos i was full from breakfast.
i enjoy been going to the toilet (no 2) several times today. I consistency ok though up until now I own a little diarrohea and yellowy poop.
i want to put away something take away cos its smooth but that wont cause my stomach to achieve upset so i am ok for tonight.
is there anything I should emphatically avoid, I know about dairy. Please abet me?
What food should i not eat, is chicken and chips ok?
Answers: if you're going #2 habitually and want to go out, i'd invest surrounded by some imodium -over the counter treatment or the store brand. (check the directions and make sure it's okay for you) you don't wan to run to the loo while partying. i've be to wacky countries and that stuff is a lifesaver and works pretty quickly.
also, verbs to stick to bland, dry food. -no grease either! get through more toast or crackers. also, peppermint is known to sooth the stomach own tea.

Dairy, anything fatty, oil, fruit and fruit juices... stay away from those.
Have a sandwich next to tomatoes and cucumbers on it. Just something light and simple.
Also drink wet, as well as a bit Gatorade.
Stay with an worthless stomach.Eat an apple if you get too hungry.
